Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders require 5-10 business days for processing before they are shipped. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 72 hours of being placed. After 72 hours, cancellations are no longer accepted.
No Refunds or Exchanges
Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
Domestic & International Shipping
Once an order has been shipped, 7X Essentials is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or any issues caused by the postal service.
International Orders
For international shipments, buyers are responsiblefor all customs tariffs, import duties, taxes, and any additional fees required by their country.
7X Essentials does not cover or reimburse these fees under any circumstance.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unpaid customs fees, or failure to receive the package:
• The customer must pay an additional shipping fee for the order to be reshipped.
• Orders will not be resent until this fee is paid.
