Return & Exchange Policy
At 7X Essentials, every product is crafted with intention, purity, and care. We want you to love your experience, and we stand behind the quality of our clean, non-toxic candles and home essentials. If something isn't right we're here to help.
Returns:
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we accept returns within 3 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original condition and packaging. To begin a return, please contact us at info@7xessentials.com with your order number and reason for return. You must send the product back and we do not cover shipping fee's for returns.
Exchanges:
If your candle or product arrived damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it. Please send a photo of the issue within a day of delivery, and we will send out another one after receiving the broken one to our facility.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used candles or partially burned candles
- Custom or limited-edition items
- Sale items and promotional bundles
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval. approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Shipping Costs:
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged upon reciept.
